Shatrunjay Yuvak Mandal is committed to ensuring that rural talent receives equal opportunity to dream, prepare, and succeed in competitive government examinations. Recognizing that many aspirants in villages lack access to costly study material, the Mandal provides Competitive Exam Oriented Book Sets designed for preparation of major government exams such as UPSC, Army, Police, Railway, Talati, and other public service positions.

To ensure that every aspiring student has a fair chance, the Mandal collects a list of required books directly from the students, and provides one complete set per village. These book sets become a shared learning resource for all aspirants in that community—removing financial barriers and fostering a culture of collective progress.

Till date, 22+ such comprehensive book sets have been distributed, strengthening the academic and career aspirations of youth across multiple villages.
