In many village schools, children were forced to eat their mid-day meals and participate in daily activities under the open sky. During heavy rains and scorching heat, students faced discomfort, and schools struggled to conduct prayers, assemblies, or group sessions effectively.

To overcome this challenge, Shatrunjay Yuvak Mandal built the Meal & Meditation Shelter—a dedicated, spacious structure where students can gather comfortably and safely. This shelter ensures that no child’s meal, prayer, or activity is ever disrupted by the weather, fostering a more disciplined, peaceful, and dignified school environment.
