Water for Wellbeing - Pure Supply to Every Home

In many rural villages, access to fresh water often meant long walks to nearby rivers or lakes for daily household needs. This not only consumed valuable time but also placed a physical burden on families—especially women and elderly members. Recognizing this challenge, Shatrunjay Yuvak Mandal envisioned a simple yet powerful solution: bringing clean water directly to village doorsteps.

Beginning with a single village, the initiative gradually expanded. Today, more than three villages have been successfully connected to river-based water sources through dedicated pipeline networks, ensuring reliable access to fresh water within the village itself.

To further strengthen water availability and address seasonal shortages, six borewells were constructed at strategically identified locations, enabling the extraction and utilization of groundwater wherever required. These measures together created a sustainable and dependable water infrastructure for daily use.
